Oh gosh, not the Pens again.
Sigh. Here we go again. Battle of Pennsylvania and all that crap. Seriously, the Flyers better get their shit together and quick. They've been playing like a team who doesn't care. Perhaps it's part of their master plan to lull opponents into thinking they're not a serious threat. Yeah, maybe that's it! Let's hope so, or we're all going to be rooting for Carolina in the next round.
So take a day to rest up, watch Sudden Death to get yourself in the mood to kick Iceburgh's ass, and let's go Flyers. Or something.

I expect to see some more Iceberg abuse by you!!!!
ReplyDeleteI dunno Steve, everytime I abuse Iceburgh the Pens seem to win. So I'm inclined to leave him alone for this series. Now if you want to abuse him, let me know and I'll send him your way!
ReplyDeleteLeave Iceberg alone! No seriously, leave him alone, he's probably a clingy creep show underneath that penguin head....
ReplyDeleteI too immediately thought of your past abuse of Iceburgh, Kristin! haha
ReplyDeleteMaybe if I *actually* abuse him, instead of staging the abuse. Like, I should cut his beak off or something. For real!
ReplyDeleteForget Iceberg. You need a Crosby voodoo doll *nods* I'd ship mine, but I don't think he'd make it in time and he's useless unless you step on him during the game....But it does work. I stepped on him during the last Habs game and Crosby was totally invisible. Malkin on the other hand ruined my night... I think I need a Malkin one now.... *nods*
ReplyDeleteHmmm. Voodoo dolls. Can you make a Lucic one?
ReplyDeleteWell, I am thinking of imploying my cursed attire in reverse tonight! Some yinzer bought us a Penguins onesy for SA thinking it was funny since I am a Flyers fan. Well, if I wear any Flyers attire the day of the game, we lose. So, I am thinking of dressing her in the Penguins get up tonight and hoping the reverse curse works!
ReplyDeleteSteve, do you have a mini mullet for her too?
ReplyDeleteI'm all for reverse curses, but be careful...pretending to like another team can have disastrous results!
Congrats on the Time's Blogdom.
ReplyDeleteI agree this will be a tough series for the Flyers. I want to say starting on the road might help them refocus. But the Pens are playing pretty well.
Yay for the Times thingy by the way! =)
ReplyDeleteOf course I'm making a Lucic one...! I'd make an Avery one too, but Bruins cursing always comes before Rags cursing *nods*
Aaaahhh you're famous! Remember the little people! :)
