You know, I'm not a bettin' man, but if I were, I'd say that's his draft day picture where prospects where suits and ties and then (when selected), they throw their respective teams' jersey over top of the shirt and tie for draft day photos.
I guess he didn't feel like changing out of his business attire in front of a few thousand people watching. lol
